Entrepreneurs across Greater Philadelphia are encouraged to explore new funding opportunities through the Urban League of Philadelphia Community Investment Fund (ULPCIF). This initiative reflects a collaborative effort between the Urban League of Greater Philadelphia’s Entrepreneurship Center and the Community and Economic Development Department to expand access to capital and support the growth of small businesses within our communities.
Access to funding remains one of the most significant barriers for entrepreneurs, particularly for small business owners operating in historically underserved communities. The Urban League of Philadelphia Community Investment Fund was created to help address this gap by providing financial resources and investment opportunities that allow businesses to launch, stabilize, and grow.
Through this partnership, the Entrepreneurship Center and Community and Economic Development teams are working together to ensure that entrepreneurs not only gain access to capital, but also receive the guidance, resources, and technical assistance necessary to strengthen their businesses and build long-term sustainability.
Entrepreneurs interested in learning more about funding opportunities and eligibility requirements are encouraged to visit https://www.ulpcif.org to explore available programs and submit an application.
By expanding access to capital and strengthening support for local entrepreneurs, the Urban League of Greater Philadelphia continues its commitment to advancing economic mobility and building thriving businesses across the region.
