Darrin W. Anderson, Sr., Ph.D., MS, serves as the President and Chief Executive Officer of the Urban League of Philadelphia, the region’s leading human and civil rights organization and an affiliate of the National Urban League. In this role, Darrin works in collaboration with the organization’s Board of Directors in planning, developing, and implementing an aggressive agenda that meets the needs of Philadelphia’s Black and Brown communities.

Theresa is a key member of the President’s team and responsible for support of the President’s projects and oversees office operations, major event planning, grant management, data base management and regulatory compliance. My current role affords me the opportunity to support the impactful and transformational initiatives undertaken by the Urban League of Philadelphia to enhance the communities within the City of Philadelphia.

Lashawna serves as a key member of the President’s team and is responsible for supporting the President and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and the activities of the President’s Office to fulfill the mission and vision of The Urban League of Philadelphia (ULP). In addition I work closely with the Board of Directors and Senior Leadership to help the organization focus on and achieve its goals. There's no greater sense of joy than watching individuals receive the support and resources they need to obtain their personal and professional goals, all while creating a legacy for their loved ones. "

Devon Brady is the Director of Marketing and Communications at the Urban League of Greater Philadelphia, working within the Office of the President to elevate the organization's mission through strategic storytelling, brand positioning, and community engagement. With a deep understanding of non-profit marketing, Devon develops compelling campaigns that amplify ULP’s impact, drive fundraising efforts, and foster meaningful connections with stakeholders. She oversees multi-channel communications, media relations, and brand strategy, ensuring alignment with ULGP’s advocacy and economic empowerment initiatives. Passionate about equity and representation, Devon leverages her expertise to craft narratives that inspire action, mobilize supporters, and advance the Urban League’s commitment to economic self-reliance, civil rights, and social justice.
