Charity R. Tucker serves as Sr. Director of Workforce Development and Entrepreneurship for the Urban League of Greater Philadelphia (ULGP). In this role, she oversees programming to connect career seekers - from entry-level to experienced professionals - to skills development and career opportunities. She also directs the ULP’s efforts to grow local Black and Brown businesses across the Philadelphia Metropolitan region.
