Youth & Education Coordinator

Office of Youth & Education

The Youth and Education Coordinator will play a crucial role in the development, implementation, and management of youth-focused programs at the Urban League of Philadelphia, specifically the Project Ready Mentor Program. The coordinator will collaborate with the Youth Programs Manager to ensure that all youth programs run effectively, align with organizational goals, and meet the needs of the students. This role requires strong program management skills, community engagement, and the ability to support students and mentors while building partnerships with local schools, community organizations, and businesses.

Reporting and Compliance Coordinator

Office of Housing and Diversion Services

The Reporting and Compliance Coordinator will ensure the Housing Departments adherence to regulations, compiles and analyses financial data, prepares reports, and communicates compliance status to internal and external stakeholders. The ideal candidate will develop compliance procedures, monitor regulatory changes, and implement reporting systems.

Workforce Engagement Manager

Office of Workforce Development & Career Services 

The Workforce Engagement Manager plays a pivotal role in advancing workforce development initiatives by managing programs, fostering strategic partnerships, and supporting participant success. Reporting to the Director of Workforce Development, this role oversees the design and delivery of workforce programs, manages Career Center operations, and creates meaningful career opportunities for participants. The Workforce Engagement Manager ensures data-driven decision-making to improve program outcomes and aligns workforce initiatives with community and industry needs.
