Housing Coordinator

This position supports the Housing Counseling Department in delivering a wide spectrum of housing counseling and educational services to homebuyers, homeowners and low-to moderate-income renters.  The person filling this position is the first point of contact with the clients seeking services.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  • Schedule and maintain appointment calendar for all housing counselors, including referrals from the “Save Your Home” hotline.

  • Enter/update/ maintain client contact and case information into client tracking system.

  • Schedule/organize/set up weekly and bi-monthly workshops, prepare presentations & handouts.

  • Other duties as assigned

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

  • National Counseling certification encouraged 

  • Flexibility to work evenings and occasional weekends as required.
